Industry Accountability: The gaming industry as a whole must take responsibility for fostering diversity and inclusion. This involves not only creating inclusive content but also addressing internal practices to ensure fair representation and opportunities for all individuals.
Empowering Marginalized Voices: Platforms and communities should actively seek to amplify the voices of marginalized individuals. Providing spaces for diverse perspectives to be heard helps reshape the narrative and creates a more inclusive gaming culture.
